Elin is the second goat girl to come along in these parts, but she's just a kid. I love her sweet muzzle and soft droopy ears. She's waiting impatiently for those little horns to grow out, and is loathe to hear herself described as "cute." Oh no, anything but that! She's a stubborn little one of course, but also brave, kind, and loyal to a fault.
Elin is made of a wool mix fabric in a fine herringbone pattern. It's sturdy but also soft and cuddly. Her dress is contemporary quilter's cotton accented with two different vintage trims. Her hat is thick 100% wool felt with a lace vintage trim and little holes for her ears of course! She wanted it because she thought it made her look sophisticated, so I solemnly agreed. I think my favourite part is her dainty feet, made from a japanese linen and featuring a beautiful matryoshka print. Tres chic, I've assured her. I wish I had stockings like that in my size! She is just shy of 13 inches in length.
Elin is stuffed with organic wool, has hand-embroidered eyes and needle-felted horns, as well as button jointed arms. She is not recommended for young children due to small parts, but would make a lovely companion for an older child or those young at heart. She would also be happy guarding a nursery or adding a dash of folksy charm to your decor. It will be hard to see her go!
